Never received package

I never received my products. I've contacted customer service 3 times and no one has responded. I keep tracking the package to see of anything is going on. All it says that it's waiting for the item even though the label has been created. I order my products on November 29 and its now December 22 this makes no sense. This is very upsetting and seems like this is a company who doesn't care about there customers. However they'll gladly take your money. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I have 3B/3C curls and hair that tends to be very dry and frizzy, especially in the dry winter months. This co-wash is fantastic. It is all I use on my hair in the shower and the results are amazing. Soft hair that curls nicely but doesn't look frizzy. I combine it with the curls poppin moisturizer leave-in cream.

AMAZING

I don’t normally just Co-wash then go right into styling, but it’s claim of it being weightless and moisturizing was spot on. I am use to a co-wash making my hair dry in some regard, but it actually felt as if I had deep conditioned my hair prior to styling. The faint floral scent was a nice touch as well.

From the start with the smell to the feel of my hair, I think I’m hooked!! After my co wash ,then the hair milk OMG. I could have let my hair dry as is!! I am NEVER able to do that with any other products I’ve tried. The curls were on point with the just poppin product. I will be purchasing Again.

First time trying a co-wash and it was awesome! I thought the more suds the cleaner your hair is….I also tried the sunflower oil and hair milk…they are all so good and smells so good!! I will be ordering more so I don’t run out! Thank you Epiphany for introducing me to these products! I love them! My hair look so good now and my curls are popping :two_hearts:
