I own both bonnets sold by this company and both are very nicely made and I can tell made from good quality materials. My original package did not come on time and was not showing any updates on the usps website. I messaged the company and received a response almost immediately to try to get this rectified. The person I messaged told me this normally happens with usps but assured me the package was on the way. The representative I spoke with even mailed me another bonnet with a comb for the inconvenience and told me to keep the original item even if it arrived. I am so impressed by the customer service received and will continue ordering from this company!
I love using them as my hair has gotten long. There glide well through my texture as well. I genuinely recommend them.

My new armamentarium in this battle with my 4C hair now that I have decided not to keep chopping it off. Since my natural hair is still very short, I could use a less puffy bonnet but this one stays put, does not strangle my forehead and does not dry out my hair. Would recommend NeoCurly consider less wake-me-up colors/patterns such as all chocolate, all dark green etc. Or, at least make more of the other pattern that is currently sold out.
